The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for February 21, 2006. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from Mount Royale <br />Ventures (MRV) at your earliest possible convenience. Please be advised that your amendment <br />application maybe deemed inadequate and maybe denied on February 21, 2006 unless the <br />following adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - Minine Plan <br />5. The Division is in agreement with the Applicant's (MRV's) proposal fora 12-month period to <br />perform sampling and studying of material pertinent to the Designated Mining Operation (DMO) <br />determination, and an additional 6 month period to present this information in a professional <br />manner to the Division for review, provided MRV will submit a proposed sampling methodology <br />in the form of a technical revision to Permit M-1983-141 within 30 days of the decision date of <br />this amendment and secure approval of such revision within 60 days of the decision date of this <br />amendment application. It is the Division's expectation that MRV will begin the 12-month <br />sampling period coincident with the date of revision approval for sampling methodology. Please <br />respond. <br />7. In conformance with Rule 6.3.3(1)(1), please describe the goundwater gradient within the <br />Cash Mine and in the surrounding area . If this information is unknown at this time, MRV may <br />provide a plan for installation of peizometers, wells, or other devices to collect groundwater level <br />data that can be used to characterize the groundwater gradient. Under such a plan, a minimum of <br />three (3) monitoring stations will be required, and the proposed locations of the stations should <br />be agreed upon between the Division and MRV.
