This information includes revised text descriptions in Volume I of the permit, new road certifications, and hydrology designs. In addition, MCC has reorganized Exhibit 69, the Sylvester Gulch Facilities Area, to include sections on facilities description, reclamation quantities, slope stability, geotechnical drilling programs, and other miscellaneous information. The reorganized exhibit should make it easier to locate information and insert new information.
