I have taken each of your comments individually and paraphras~sd it, then <br />provided you with our written response. The response may function as addenda to the I ] 2 <br />conversion application. <br />/ication Form <br />Item 1; Name of Operator <br />Response; The name of the operator is Montrose County. Please add this i++formation <br />to the appropriate blank on the application form. <br />Item 1.1; IRS Tax ID # <br />Response; The Correct IRS Tax ID # is <br />Item Id; Onsite Processing <br />Response; Asphalt hatching is intended for this site. The curcent plan is for utilization <br />of portable equipment on an intermittent basis. All equipment is to maintain proper permit <br />requirements with applicable regulations while present onsite, including but not limited to APEN's <br />and CDOT regulations. All liquids stored onsite will be bermed to control potential spillage. In <br />addition fuel products stored onsite (excluding Fuel Trucks) for longer than 30 days will be stored <br />inside a synthetic lined container. <br />
