~ { <br />• • <br />In the cover letter to the submittal, BRL states that the typical vent bore hole pad design <br />does not include an upland diversion ditch due to the expected low curve numbers of the <br />upland undisturbed azeas. The Division and BRL will need to monitor this situation in the <br />field to verify this assumption. <br />6.
