" " , <br />-Dear Mr. Squ/iuire, ,'/ <br />On behalf of our client, Jake Kauffman & Son, Inc., please accept the following <br />information for a technical revision on reclamation permit M1999069, Wagner Kauffman <br />Pit # 3. This technical revision would allow the operator to change the reclamation seed <br />. - mix for the Phase I area of the project site. This Phase I area is currently owned by Flying <br />" W Ranch, LLC and is leased by Jake Kauffman & Son, Inc. The reclamation plan <br />currently tists a pasture grass seed mix for this area. The proposed seed mix is also a <br />pasture ,grass seed mix, but .includes native grasses, forbs and shrubs that are' more <br />suitable for the site and preferied by the landowner. • <br />.:Please refer to the enclosed letter from Jeff Burwell, State Resource Conservationist for <br />the proposed seed mix. Also enclosed is a letter from Flying W Ranch, LLC explaining <br />-their desire to change the reclamation seed mix. <br />Thank you for your timely review of this request.
