A third copy has been sent to the <br />Division's Denver office also addressed to you. The responses to each of the adequacy comments <br />are provided below and are number accordingly. <br />Numemur apparent inadequacier and imm~rirtencier have been identified with regard to the derign <br />documentation for the madride d:7cher and culvertr arrociated with the amended RidgeGne Accesr Road <br />derign. <br />a. The routhern portion of the ridgek'ne mad (Exhibit 13-26.1 Sheet 2 of 2J it not rhown on Exhibit 13- <br />7, Surface Hydrology. Please update Exhibit 13-2 to indude the entire ridgrline road <br />and associated culverts. <br />Response: Exhibit 13-2, Surface Hydrology, was updated for TR-45. The purpose of Exhibit 13-2 <br />is to show current (as of 11/15/04) surface hydrology. The southern portion of the ridgeline access <br />road (from approximately stationing 82+00 to 130+00) was not shown because that portion of the <br />road had not been constructed as of November 2004. However, to reduce confusion, SCC has <br />updated Exhibit 13-2 to show the entire ridgeline access road and associated culverts. Please note <br />that the road from stationing 82+00 to 130+00 (and associated culverts PM-6, PM-7 and AS) is <br />scheduled to be constructed during 2005 (see TR-50, Exhibit 19-1). A revised exhibit is included <br />with this response package. <br />b. On Exhibit 13-26.1 Sheet 1 of 2, it war noted that portionr of the ridgeline accerr mad and Haui <br />Roadr A and G wen not included within the disturbance boundary. At a minimxm, accers and haul <br />road carrsdan, and acraeiated toproil piler should be included uathin the dirturbed area boundary. <br />Please update all appropriate exhibits and maps to include a/I road corridors and <br />all topsoil piles within the disturbed area. <br />Response: Exhibit 13-26.1 has been updated to show disturbance azeas associated with road <br />corridors and associated topsoil stockpiles. A revised exhibit is included with this response package. <br />t. The Hydrologic Input Parameters tables given for each demourtratiou rbould be resubmitted with the <br />correct information for Hydrologic Soi! Group.
