this location and the plateau that remains along with <br />accessible utilities provide an ideal building future. <br />• (c) A description of how the reclamation plan will be <br />implemented to meet each applicable requirement of Rule <br />6; <br />l(c)) Implementation presently is a level plateau in the <br />disturbed area and will continue until gentle contours <br />are needed for reclamation. The permit area at one time <br />was a hill between J-35 road and J-50 road, the reclama- <br />tion whether reseeded or used for commercial or residen- <br />tial will be a plateau between J-35 road and J-50 road, <br />cortuoonly found in Delta County. <br />(d) Where applicable, plans for topsoil segregation, <br />preservation, and replacement; for stabilization, com- <br />paction, and grading of spoil; and for revegetation. <br />The revegetation plan shall contain a list of the pre- <br />ferred species of grass, legumes, fortis, shrubs or trees <br />to be planted, the method and rates of seeding and <br />planting, the estimated availability of viable seeds in <br />sufficient quantities of the species proposed to be <br />used, and the proposed time of seeding and planting; <br />((d)) Topsoil N/A, The areas that will be revegetated <br />• will follow the Soil Conservation Service identified <br />vegetation to the best of our ability and availability <br />in 15 years. See EXHIBIT (C-E-I-J-K) <br />(e) A plan or schedule indicating how and when reclama- <br />tion will be implemented. Such plan or schedule shall <br />not be tied to any specific date but shall be tied to <br />implementation or completion of different stages of the <br />mining operation as described in Rule 2.1.2. (5)(e). <br />The plan or schedule shall include: <br />An estimate of the periods of time which will be re- <br />quired for the various stages or phases of reclamation; <br />A description of the size and location of each area to <br />be reclaimed during each phase; and <br />An outline of the sequence in which each stage or phase <br />of reclamation will be carried out. <br />(The schedule need not be separate and distinct from the <br />reclamation plan, but may be incorporated therein.) <br />((e)) The mining operation will mine in a consistent <br />fashion, in the next 15 years at least 1/2 an acre will <br />be mined each year. The last 5 years of the permitted <br />time will be used to extract the last if any raw mate- <br />
