~`~_ <br />' (b) The Trustee shall also transfer the debtor's <br />__ rights and privileges relating to the right to appoint <br />members to the Colorado City Architectural Control <br />Committee, collectively to the Metropolitan District Board <br />of Directors together with any other powers she has <br />~ pertaining to the Architectural Control Committee. <br />(c) The Trustee does also by this agreement, in her <br />capacity as Trustee, release all reverter provisions in all <br />deeds in which CCDC was Grantor and either Colorado City <br />Metropolitan Recreation District, Colorado City water and <br />Sanitation District or the Metropolitan District were the <br />Grantee or Grantees. <br />(d) The specific functioning of the trade program to <br />be conducted by the Metropolitan District is described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />(e) Funds for the cost of conducting the trade <br />program shall be provided from the escrow fund now held and <br />being collected by the Metropolitan District under the <br />terms of the Final Judgment and Consent Decree. The <br />Trustee, the Attorney for the Trustee, the Metropolitan <br />District and its Attorney, and the Illinois Attorney <br />General by and through his designated Assistant Attorney <br />General, each acknowledge that under the terms of this <br />JOINT MOTION TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />OF THE ESTATE FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL LIENS, CLAIMS <br />AND ENCUMBRANCES AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT - Page 6 <br />
