If the road to the EMD Dewatering Borehole is permanent, what <br />will be done with the topsoil that has been windrowed during <br />construction? As always, we <br />will do our best to respond in a timely fashion to your responses. <br />As you are aware, the Division must complete the necessary <br />paperwork of our written findings, CHIA, and appropriate permit <br />documents. To accomplish this we need complete responses to these <br />and all other outstanding adequacy issues, two accurate copies of <br />all revised permit materials organized appropriately. <br />TCC should also request an extention of the decision date allowing <br />and appropriate amount of time for Division review.
