Please be advised that on June 18, 2001, Baca County, whose address and telephone number are 741 Mom St.,
Springfield, CO 81073; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1993-088, Gunkel Pit No 31, a 110(c)
Limited hnpad Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining
and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 29, Township 285, Range 47W, 6th Prime Meridian, m
Baca County. The application decision is scheduled for September 17, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Baca County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Stteet, Denver, Colorado 80203.
