Exhibit G -Water Information <br />22.If dewatering to the large pond on lots 9, 10, and 22, please commit to.no surface discharge from <br />that pond unless the NPDES permit is modified beforehand for this discharge.. <br />23. Please specify if there will be any increase in water requirements for the operation due to AM-03. <br />If so, please specify the amount of expected usage increase and the source of the additional water. <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information <br />24. Please submit a response to the letter of concern from the Colorado Division of Wildlife dated <br />March 29, 2002 and forwarded to Grand Junction Pipe from this office on April 4, 2002. <br />Exhibit K -Climate Information <br />25. Please submit information to satisfy the requirements of this exhibit or state where in the existing <br />permit it can be found. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />26. DMG will calculate a reclamation cost estimate for this proposed amendment upon submittal of the <br />adequacy review response. <br />Exhibit N -Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />27. This exhibit will not be acceptable until after the closing on the contract between Ron and Marie <br />Tipping and John Schmahl. Please notify this office immediately upon completion of the closing or <br />submit an adequate right of entry from Mr. Schmahl to Grand Junction Pipe. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />28. Please correlate the submitted slope stability calculations to the stability of each permanent man- <br />made structure on or within 200 feet of the proposed affected area.
