DMG will calculate a reclamation cost estimate for this proposed amendment upon submittal of the <br />adequacy review response. <br />Exhibit N -Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />27. This exhibit will not be acceptable until after the closing on the contract between Ron and Marie <br />Tipping and John Schmahl. Please notify this office immediately upon completion of the closing or <br />submit an adequate right of entry from Mr. Schmahl to Grand Junction Pipe. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />28. Please correlate the submitted slope stability calculations to the stability of each permanent man- <br />made structure on or within 200 feet of the proposed affected area.
