The angle of draw (estimated at 25 degrees) will be dictated by the approved [trine plan. Mining-related disturbances within 100 feet of the right-of-way tray occur only after public nonce and an opportunity for public hearing, subject to a written determination by the authorized officer that the interests of the public and the affected landowners will be protected.
