Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on August 15, 2006, Washington County, whose address and telephone number aze 150 Ash , <br />Akron, CO 80720; (970) 345-2701, filed an application to convert M-1994-077, Nickell Gravel Pit, a I10(c) Limited <br />Impact Construction Materials Pemlit to a 112(c) Regulaz Constmcfion Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation <br />operation is located at or near Section 30, Township SS, Range SSW, 6th Prime Meridian, in Washington County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for November 13, 2006. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Washington County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shefman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />ff you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
