Please be advised that on August 15, 2006, Washington County, whose address and telephone number aze 150 Ash ,
Akron, CO 80720; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1994-077, Nickell Gravel Pit, a I10(c) Limited
Impact Construction Materials Pemlit to a 112(c) Regulaz Constmcfion Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation
operation is located at or near Section 30, Township SS, Range SSW, 6th Prime Meridian, in Washington County. The
application decision is scheduled for November 13, 2006.
