In <br />addition to the land taken, additional undisturbed property to the <br />west of C470 was isolated from Phase 1. The total acreage of the <br />land taken and the isolated parcel consists of approximately 35.45 <br />acres. Phase 1 initially contained 63.13 acres. Phase 1, as a <br />result of the highway taking and construction, is now approximately <br />27.68 acres in size. <br />Robinson Brick Company is requesting that the 35.45 be deleted from <br />coverage under financial warranty, Bond IF400-774-566 - Continental <br />Casualty Company in the amount of $50,000.00. Robinson Brick <br />Company is not requesting a partial release of the Bond and wishes <br />to leave the Bond at the $50,000.00 level. <br />2 - NAME AND ADDRESS OF CURRENT OWNERS <br />(As per Jefferson County Assessor Records - 4-6-92) <br />Rooney Incorporated <br />1540 South Rooney Road <br />Golden, Colorado 80401 <br />
