The species listed in Seed Mix No. 1 have been selected for normally consistent
availability. However, adve[se envi [onme ntal conditions and excessive market demand may
occasionally limit supplies. For species ih at have several developed cult ivars,
a It ecnative cultivars will be evaluated for substitutions. When cul[ivars ace
unavailable, regional native sources will be used. Complete lack of availability will
no[ma lly be limited to [he na true fo cbs and shrubs listed. Substitutions in this case
will be determined by reviewing the species list in Tab 10 and selecting adapted and
desireable native species replacements offered by seed dealers. SCC will notify the
Division with what seed mixes SCC will be able to receive from the ve odor for Chat year.
If these mixes do not match the approved seedmi x, a minor revision will be submitted
immediately to the Division for approval, prior [o placing the order. Any substitutions
will be noted in the Annual Reclamation Report.
15 Fe v~sed 02/19/99
