<br /> <br />RE9JLUTION NJ. 1589 <br />PAGE 3 <br />S~PI(~1 5: The City does not agree with the applicant that its mining <br /> operations on South Peak will present "minor visibility problems" <br /> and urges the board to reject the removal of South Peak, west <br /> Thumb and the canyon walls adjacent to Williams Canyon. <br />SI7CTICN 6: The City does not agree with the applicant that future use of <br /> their property would be suitable for home construction since it <br /> is not a part of this City's comprehensive plan. <br />SFZ.TION 7: By adoption of this Resolution the City serves notice on the <br /> Castle Concrete Co~any that it reserves the right to enact an <br /> ordinance to tax or otherwise charge a fee to co~ensate for any <br /> extraordinary impact of mining operations on the City's <br /> infrastructure.
