Pere tests in•the refuse pile indicate a potential
pecolation rate 7.5 min/inch which imply a potential
for subsurface erosion and possible disruption of the
theoretic drainage pattern. As part of this permit,
Snowmass Coal will provide information showing how this
potential will be avoided and how perc test results relate
to a plot of per test holes.
7. Flydrology, site drainac:c, storm runoff and refuse pile - Snowmass
Coal ayrces to provide tl~e following information relative to surface
drainage, storm runoff and solid waste disposal to confirm the
effectiveness of their hydrologic designs;
a. A report to the Commissioners followiny ten year or
greater precipitation events reporting on the
effectiveness of site drainage design.
b.
