Before the division can approve the bond for the increased
area, both the Division and Holnam have to establish how the figure was
derived. In order to accomplish this efficiently the Division requests
that Holnam Inc. provide, as agreed in the permit application in 1977,
the new mining plan that was developed in 1979.
2) In the permir application 6ottcher Quarry Reclamation plan page 3 (g)
states that detailed grading, seeping for fer-ilization, etc. are unknown
at this time due to mining plan and other fac_or;. The Division requests
Holnam inc to provide a detailed baC<filling and grading plan or the
pewit area Specific to each pit.
