Y-'e <br />:-, <br />~ . <br />Robert Turner, Chairman <br />July 9, 1980 <br />Page Two <br />The reclamation of this road and powerline will be <br />similar to other roads as described in Section 9 of the <br />existing permit. Soil throughout this particular area is <br />very good quality. The road will be ripped and regraded to <br />the extent necessary to leave a good seedbed with good soil. <br />The powerline will be removed and the area will be <br />revegetated to "open forest". <br />We will petition for the return of this exchange acreage <br />at some point in the near future when we plan to apply for. an <br />amendment to our mine permit. The amendment is necessary <br />because we find that we need more operational latitude and <br />buffer zones in certain portions of the operation. <br />You expeditious review of this matter is requested as we <br />would like to begin construction of the facilities by August 1, <br />1980.
