This source has been assigned permit number 02M00281 F. <br />If you should have any questions concerning the status of your application, please call me at (303)-692-3166. <br />When calling it would be helpful if you can reference the permit number listed above. <br />The next seep in processing your application is to determine if all the information we need is contained in your <br />application. If so, we will begin our preliminary engineering analysis. If information is missing, I will contact you <br />in the near future to obtain the needed material. <br />State law requires that the Division determine the completeness of an application within 60 days of receipt.
