Soil Conservation Service report of June 4, <br />2001, consists of eroded stream terraces with a skeletal overburden of soil. Soils on the site <br />range from 0 to 60 inches and aze described as Steep Shallow Clay Loam P.J. GraveUcobble <br />till deposits underlie the surface soils from a few feet to over 50 feet in thickness along the <br />north south trending ridges. An advance copy ofthe current NRCS/USDA soil type and site <br />inspection records for the Gray Pit # l are attached In Exhibit I. <br />(g) Identity the primary and secondary commodities to be mined and/or extracted and describe <br />the intended use. <br />The primary commodity to be mined and/or extracted is rock/cobbles to be crushed for road <br />surfaces and backfill material In addition to crushed rock material, straight pit run and base <br />fill material will be produced without processing through a crusher spread. Occasional larger <br />rock/cobble boulders if encountered maybe used for decorative use. <br />(h) Name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be mined and/or <br />extracted by the proposed operation. <br />Products to be mined and/or extracted by the proposed operation will be: crushed rock for <br />base grade, backfill and asphalt material. Pit run and fill materials for sub-grade, backfill and <br />base grade use. Sand and gravel for base till and drainage fill type material The intended use <br />of these materials will be as base course and fill material for road construction activities. <br />
