Please call me to discuss some alternate designs. <br />Rule 3.02.2(4) Adjustment of the Performance Bond <br />The current bond held by the applicant of $1,622,471 reflects the last permit term's worst-case scenario. Volume of cut and fill for worst-case pit disturbance <br />6. Amount and source of borrow-area to compensate shortages in the pit fill <br />7. Total vegetation disturbances <br />8. Pond removal <br />9. Equipment selection for new reclamation tasks <br />10.
