If any of the issues will require an <br />extended period of time before a response can be submitted, please hold those items in abeyance and submit the <br />other actions in a timely manner. <br />Section 2.05.3 Operation Plan: Permit Area <br />Page 2.05.3-3 Coal Processing and Non-Coal Processing Wastes; please insert a statement in this section <br />concerning the possibility the power company may install a ctvsher/breaker facility and will want to place the <br />reject material back into an open pit for disposal. <br />Pages 2.05.3-7, 8 Is [he addendum for the increased bond for the expanded pit width still viable or necessary? <br />Section 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities <br />Pages 2.05.3(3)-5-~8 Sedimentation Ponds need to be generically revised to include ponds 8 through 13, and the <br />references to the removal of pond 7 should be deleted. <br />Section 2.05.3(3)-10 Amended Area Mine Facilities <br />Page ]0~ Last sentence $ G.
