Page 23 has not been corrected to specify that ditches and <br />diversions were designed for the 100 year, 24 hour storm <br />event. Please provide this revised page. <br />2. No further response is required. <br />3. The clarification of the location of the ditches is helpful. <br />As there is currently no ditches named D6-3 and D6-4, the <br />associated designs for these ditches and locations on Map 54 <br />should be included in the review of Technical Revision No. 64. <br />4. As this question deals with mine site hydrology, it will be <br />resolved during Technical Revision No. 64. <br />5. The revised paragraph describing MB-6 is adequate at this <br />time; however, this issue must be resolved during Technical <br />Revision No. 64. This is necessary until the redesign of MB-6 <br />is implemented. No further response is necessary at this <br />time. <br />6. As this questions deals with mine site hydrology, it will be <br />resolved during Technical Revision No. 64. <br />7. The paragraph to include the riprap gradation information is <br />acceptable. No further response is required. <br />8. The verification from Envirocon, which states the diversion <br />berm will adequately divert the runoff from the 100-year, 24- <br />hour event should be incorporated into Exhibit 51. The table <br />of contents should be updated. <br />9. The paragraph which commits to maintaining positive drainage <br />on the south side of the refuse pile is adequate. No further <br />response is required. <br />10. Ditch D6-4 should be shown on Map 54 and designs should be <br />provided. As this request deals with mine site hydrology, it <br />will be resolved during Technical Revision No. 64. <br />7.0 ROADS <br />1. Figure LWP-O15A will be incorporated into Appendix M. No <br />further response is required. <br />2.
