All phases of the operation must conform to the noise limitations <br />set forth in 25-12-103, CRS, 1973. <br />14. The sewage disposal system requires Board of Health approval. <br />If capacity i~ greater than 2,000 gallons daily or more <br />than 20 people, approval must be obtained from the Water <br />Quality Con ~rol.Eonnnissiun. <br />15'. All structures shall comply with the minimum setback requirements <br />as defined in Section 3.14 of the Weld County Zoning Resolution. <br />16. Adolph Coors Company shall furnish evidence it is insured to <br />the extent of not less than $100,000.00 against liability for <br />any negligent act or omission by the operation from the <br />operation, maintenance, extraction and production of coal and <br />all activities connected with or incidental thereto. <br />17. All storage, handling, preparation and use of explosives shall <br />comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws <br />and regulations. , <br />18. •All references to Adolph Coors Company shall include its heirs, <br />successors, and assigns. <br />19. The Special Use Permit shall be limited to the plans shown <br />hereon and governed by the Operation Standards stated above and <br />all applicable Weid County Regulations.
