Exhibits E,
F, and G are as-built, cross-sections of Ditch Ifl and Ditch /t3 of the
permanent drainage system and are included to illustrate compliance with
the approved design. All regraded areas drain into the approved sediment
control system.
' S. Also enclosed is a copy of a letter from Dan Mathews
' of the Division dated November 25, 1985, stating that the pond is
acceptable as a permanent impoundment.
' Future maintenance will be performed on the pond as deemed necessary, with
quarterly pond inspections continuing during the extended liability
' period. The pond will be operated to contain flows from the 10-year,
24-hour storm event and will be maintained as a sedimentation pond. Water
' storage will be maintained at a volume sufficient for use by livestock and
wildlife.
3253h/
(a)
