The <br />Division has some remaining questions/comments regarding the application that need to be <br />addressed before the June 15, ] 999 decision due date. <br />The Division required additional information to be located on the Mine Plan Map such as the <br />total azea to be mined (qualTies) and the total area to be affected (additional roads, topsoil <br />piles, waste rock piles, staging areas etc...). The applicant submitted a color drawn map <br />representing the above menltioned items. However, the map(s) submitted in the application <br />need to meet the general m.ap/exhibit requirements of Rule 6.2. The map(s) need to include <br />the following information; <br />• Name of the Applicant <br />• Be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer or other <br />qualified person. <br />• Provide the date the map was prepared, and the title of the map. <br />• Outline the area that corresponds with the application (permit area, affected area). <br />• Provide a scale of the ntap. <br />• Locate a north arrow. <br />Please provide a map meeting the requirements noted above to clarify the total area to be <br />mined and the total area to be affected. Please also locate where waste piles, topsoil piles, <br />staging areas, mine roads etc... will be located. <br />
