Before COM, Inc. processes any other ore owned by them
it agrees to provide the Division with the following
iirf#'eio'n
Source of ore
Permit Number i"f":possible
Mineralogy
Chemistry and composition
tailings impoundment:"~ '
of tailings to be deposited in
2.a. We estimate that approximately 500 tons of Dolomite
and/or Monzonite will be stockpiled at any one time.
Dolomite and/or Monzonite will be handled with regard to
protecting ground and water in the same manner that regular
production ore is stockpiled according to the permit. The
Monzonite and/or Dolomite will contain approximately 1$
Pyrite. Ore has been stockpiled on this pad for
approximately 4 years with a monitoring well just below.
There has been no increase in soluble metals detected in this
well.
As part of our water run-off we will be proposing a drain
below the stockpiled ore that would capture any water that
would run off trie stockpiled area and allow it to evaporate
into tailings pond.
