<br />~~~ j <br />~; <br />,~>\ <br />1 <br />September 24, 1992 ~ ; <br />Wayne Tatman <br />COM, Inc. <br />9145 Sunshine Canyon <br />Boulder, Coloradd 80302 <br />RE: Cash Mine and Mill, Permit No. M-83-141, Revision No. TR-03 -Second <br />Adequacy Issue <br />Dear Mr. Tatman: <br />On September 22, 1992 the Division received your response to the Division's <br />adequacy review of technical revision no. TR-03 to Permit No. M-83-141. <br />Additional information will need to be furnished to the Division before a decision <br />can be made on the technical revision. Please provide a response to the following. <br />The Division will require that COM, Inc. and its affiliates and Mi Vida Enterprises, <br />Inc. must agree to the following stipulations: <br />1. No offsite ore will be moved to the permit area included in Permit No. <br />M-83-141 until the Division has received all required information <br />concerning the ore and the Division has approved processing of said <br />ore at the mill. <br />2. The Division will require that offsite ores will be sampled and tested in <br />a manner at least equal to that of the ore on which the current permit <br />is based. All test results will be supplied to the Division. <br />3. The Division will require that all ore is logged in at the mill. Logs shall <br />include stating where the ore is from. These fogs shall be supplied to <br />the Division with the annual report and on request, if necessary, by <br />the Division. <br />4. Please provide the design for the ore stockpile pad (if any) and the <br />drain system which will drain to the tailings pond. This will require a <br />
