This project will be conducted along Foidel Creek which <br />has a drainage basin above the project location of approximately 9 square miles. USGS <br />Station 09243800 is located approximately 2,000 feet upstream of the site and has <br />recorded an annual mean flow of L~9 cfs for water years 1976 through 1996. The <br />hi~_hest annual mean flow recorded at this station was 4.59 cfs in 1996. The USGS <br />summary for Station 09243800 is included in this submittal.
