Page 174 typo - Page 174 has been revised. <br />11. Concrete disposal at CBA-1 - Page 138a has been revised <br />to note burial on site. <br />12. Bonding - We choose to have DMG calculate a bonding <br />requirement. Keep in mind that tasks 47, 49 and 57 in <br />our current bond estimate already covers part of the <br />increased bonding requirement. <br />13. Upper Coal Creek diversion - This diversion will not be <br />constructed in association with the borrow areas or <br />pond 11. <br />14. Pond 10 inlet protection - Exhibit 55 has been revised <br />to note riprap at the inlets to pond 10. <br />15. Pond 10 efficiency - Pond 10 is designed to hold a 10 <br />year-24 hour storm event and allow settling prior to <br />discharge. For this type of pond, effeciency is not <br />affected by the inlet location. <br />16. Access road 9 drainage - Page 156a has been revised to <br />note drainage and ditch design on new pages WW-34 and <br />WW-35. <br />17. Access road 3B drainage - New pages WW-34 and WW-35 <br />have been included to address the increased runoff. A <br />portion of Exhibit 9A is attached to this letter as a <br />working sheet for design. This work sheet is not part <br />of the revision. <br />18. Access Road 9 culvert - The culvert is shown on Exhibit <br />9B which is the drainage map of the 9A, B & C series. <br />No revisions have been made. <br />19. CBA 1 sump sediment - Pages 171d and AAA-9 have been <br />revised to account for 3 year's sediment capacity in <br />the sump. <br />20. CBA 1 sump maintenance - Page 171e has been revised to <br />discuss sediment and water removal. <br />
