The request was deemed <br />complete by this Division on September 2, 1997. The release request is for a Phase I bond release for the <br />loadout portion of the permit azea. The release request is for up to 60% of the total performance bond held <br />for the loadout area, since EFCI has backfilled, regraded, and reestablished drainages in the area. EFCI <br />has requested the release of $27,000.00 of the applicable $45,000.00 bond. The surface ownership is <br />private, and the coal mined was private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as <br />it has been scheduled.
