Notice has been published in The Steamboat Pilot. A copy <br />of the affidavit of publication is enclosed. <br />/2. You will find enclosed proof of mailing notice to those <br />properties immediately adjacent to the operations. <br />3. A copy of the complete application has been placed in the <br />Office of the Routt County Clerk and Recorder. Changes <br />and additions made by this letter will also be placed with <br />the original file at the Clerk's Office. <br />Exhibit D -- Mining Plan <br />/1. Topsoil stockpiles stored longer than one growing season <br />will be built in a manner to prevent erosion. <br />2. The enclosed letter dated November 14, 1986 from the Soil <br />Conservation Service specifies the cover crop. <br />3. The seam of gravel to be mined is anticipated to be up to <br />18 feet. Overburden is up to 10 feet in depth. <br />1 <br />4. A. All of the overburden will be salvaged:~0 <br />B. Depth of overburden placed beneath the topsoil will <br />vary within the site and will range from 1 to 10 feet <br />generally. <br />
