ENVIRDNMENT, INC.
NDV EMBER 13, 1997
PARE 4
PROOF OF NOTIFICATION
1. I reviewed the rules and now understand that the mailing receipt is not proof shat the SCD
received the notice, I called Mary Kent with the Delta County SCD to see if they had the
notices and she said they did. I faxed her a letter today for her to confirm they received
the notice, a copy is attached for your file. Let me now if you need some other form of
proof.
PERMANENT MANMADE STRUCTURES
1. I'll cave in to your wishes even though I disagree with your analysis and as with the
Source of Legal Right to Enter I'll work with the Boazd to get this type of issue resolved.
My main concern is that if we can not get this resolved, it will delay Delta's move into the
East Pazcel. Again a Stipulation to the permit may be in order here. I suggest: The
operator will not mine within 200 feet of the railroad tracks until, the railroad gives
permission to mine closer or an engineering study is submitted.
Thanks for your help and if you have any questions please call me at (303) 423-7297
Sincerely,
Environment, Inc
sue.
Stevan L.
