<br />The maximum volume of topsoil to be replaced at the Seneca II-W Mine was
<br />approximately 2,045,384 LCY. The volume the Division used in its estimate
<br />was 1,894,850 LCY. The volume SCC suggests using is 1,224,219 LCY.
<br />The Division has actually underestimated the amount of topsoil to be replaced
<br />by approximately 150,000 LCY. Based on the above table, the Division will
<br />not change tasks 050-085.

<br />failure rate was changed from 85% to 40%.
<br />Task 104 - Hydromulch 50 Acres - As with task 096 above, page 29 of Tab
<br />22 references the hydroseeding task. Nothing was found in the PR-OS
<br />submittal removing this reference. Therefore, at this time, this task will
<br />remain.
<br />Task 106 -Drill Seed Cover Crop on TAHR -The Division did not see a
<br />reference to drill seeding a cover crop on the TAHR in Tab 22. Therefore,
<br />this task will be removed from the estimate.
