<br />E?QIIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />Itan 1 -The total amount of soil available for reclamation is difficult <br />to estii^ate. The more usable stone ranoved, the rrore soil will be <br />stockpiled from layers and cracks in the stone. There should a <br />miruman 6" depth replaced on the quarry when reclamed. Stating any <br />specific ongoing reclamation in the purposed 1.37 acres area i <br />difficult until the exact slope and depth of the area is estab fished. <br />When ever possible the soil will be placed on t'~e upper end of the <br />quarry for easy reclamation. <br />Item 2 -The v~axiirnun grade of the reclaimed quarry will depen~ On <br />the angle of rock being extracted. Generally the grade will be the <br />same as the slope before mining. <br />Item 3 -See Itan 1. <br />Iten 9 & 5 b 6 & 7 -The hest results have been broadcasting ~ <br />grasses before spring snocas. The soil is sandy end rich with ~ <br />eliminating the need far milch and Fertilizers. See S~;hibit B <br />specific details. <br />Item 8 -There will be no prnds, streams or building after <br />All roads will ranain after reclamation to facilitate ercen <br />e3ui~ment in csse of a fire. <br />Item 9 -There is no ~raste rock or Ceilings created fn~n this <br />operation. <br />Item 10 -The maximiun amount of financial warranty for a <br />Ir~act Operation of $5,000.00 hes been posted. <br />
