Please specify what, if any, stormwater control structures will be necessar to prevent a <br />stormwater discharge from the affected areas of the site. <br />14. For currently identified structures within 200 feet of the proposed mine site, ad quate damage <br />compensation agreements, or engineering evaluations are still required for the ell owned by <br />John Von Bernuth and the Tri-State transmission line. If Rio Grande County wns the fence <br />along the highway right-of-way, this fence must be added to the damage compensation <br />agreement with the County. <br />Please ensure that all structures within 200 feet of the affected area have bee identified and <br />either a damage compensation agreement or an engineering demonstration tha the structure <br />will not be damaged has been secured for each structure. <br />The engineering evaluation by Mr. Ungefug will not be acceptable for this revi ed mine plan. <br />In addition, any new engineering evaluation must be a demonstration of by a specific <br />structure will not be damaged.
