i <br />ROCKCASTLE/CMLRD DRAFT AGREEMENT <br />PMH&S DRAFT 6/6/90 <br />the specifications set forth in the Reclamation Plan. All <br />reseeding activities under this Agreement shall use Seed Mix #3 - <br />- Primary Reclamation, described on page IV-12 of the Permit. <br />i <br />i <br />4. Remove the shop building adjacent to Pit 4 and retopsoil <br />and reseed the shop and yard areas. Rockcastle will recontour the <br />shop and yard area fill pad to achieve approximate original contour <br />criteria of 2 CCR 407-2, Rule 4.14.2 and 1.04(13). <br />5. Undertake additional reclamation measures based upon the <br />results of engineering studies conducted by Rockcastle under § IV <br />of this Agreement. <br />6. The reclamation activities specified herein, will <br />commence in June, 1990. The reclamation activities specified <br />herein will be completed by October 31, 1990. The date of <br />completion of reclamation shall be extended by mutual agreement of <br />the Division and Rockcastle if the reclamation activities are <br />delayed due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond <br />the reasonable control of Rockcastle. <br />III. ROADS AND SEDIMENT PONDS -- The Division and Rockcastle agree: <br />1. That the Reclamation Plan contemplates retention of roads <br />3 <br />
