In the <br />baseline reports, maps designated as "Map 1 ", "Map 1 S", or "Map 1 W" relate to the 18 - <br />Right Intake Shaft, while maps designated as "Map 2", "Map 2S", or "Map 2W" relate to <br />the 6 North Mains Ventilation Shaft. Although the TR 04-44 submittal addresses only the <br />18-Right Intake Shaft, for completeness and to facilitate future referencing, the " 2" series <br />of maps are included in this response package for insertion into Exhibits 16C and 16D. <br />Item 6.
