Consideration of a possible notice of violation, cease and
desist order, corrective actions and civil penalties for
failure to complete reclamation within 5 years (continued from
the September 1992 Board Meeh_ing).
Staff reported that the operator is cooperating with the
Division in this matter and recommended that it be continued
to the November 1992 Board Meeting.
It was MOVED that they Board accept the Division's
recommendation and continue this matter to the November 1992
Board Meeting. SECONDED AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY (Cooley,
Stewart, Jouflas, Danielson, Danni and McCannon);
