Recommend consideration be given to <br />potential retention of those roads identified by the USFS as supporting the postmining land <br />use. <br />Rule 4.04.3(7)(a) The road shall be closed to vehicular traffic; <br />Compliance with this rule is addressed in the EA. <br />Rule 4.04.3(7)(b) The natural drainage patterns shall be restored; <br />The applicant is, by exception, in compliance with this rule. No changes to the natural drainage <br />patterns are proposed. <br />Rule 4.04.3(7)(c) All bridges and culverts shall be removed,' <br />No specific bridges or culverts were proposed in the application, but they will be required in a <br />number of places to comply with the EA..
