The reason for
denial is outlined below:
Blake Mining Co. did not submit an adequate financial warranty, as required by
Stipulation No. 1 of the December 7, 1992 conditional approval letter, within
a reasonable amount of time.
Blake Mining Co. has two options: 1) Pursuant to Rule 1.12.2 and Rule 1.4.7,
the applicant may file an appeal of the Division's decision with the
Mined Land Reclamation Board within sixty (60) days of the date of this
decision or 2) Blake Mining Co. may submit a new request for succession of
operator, along with the applicable $100.00 application fee.
If you have any questions, contact me.
Sincerely,
iC>`~--~-~tJL_
/James Dillie
Environmental
JD/amm
Protection Specialist
4922G
