Applicants' beneficial use of water within the operation of
the priority system without injuriously affecting the owner
of or persons entitled to use water under vested water
rights or decreed conditional water rights.
2. Applicants' water rights which are decreed for
irrigation or other purposes may, under the conditions
contained herein, be lawfully used for the municipal pur-
poses described in this Decree.
3. This Decree is administrable.
4. The conditions and limitations imposed herein upon
Applicants' change of water rights are necessary to prevent
injury to the owners of and persons entitled to use of water
under vested water rights or decreed conditional water
rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
AS FOLLOI9S:
1. By the incorporation and inclusion of the terms and
conditions of the Stipulation in this Decree the Statements
of Opposition and Entry of Appearance are hereby withdrawn.
2. Applicants own an undivided two-thirds interest in
the water rights of the Rist and Goss Ditch described as;

Applicants' ownership of said water rights entitles them to
4.27 cfs of Priority No. 9 and 53.38 cfs of Priority No. 29.
The remaining one-third of the water rights of the Rist and
Goss Ditch are claimed to be owned by Homer Loomis (Loomis)
and are not included in this proceeding.
3.. Applicants may modify the exercise of their rights
in the Rist and Goss Ditch in the manner hereinafter set
forth:
