<br /> <br />Applicants' beneficial use of water within the operation of <br />the priority system without injuriously affecting the owner <br />of or persons entitled to use water under vested water <br />rights or decreed conditional water rights. <br />2. Applicants' water rights which are decreed for <br />irrigation or other purposes may, under the conditions <br />contained herein, be lawfully used for the municipal pur- <br />poses described in this Decree. <br />3. This Decree is administrable. <br />4. The conditions and limitations imposed herein upon <br />Applicants' change of water rights are necessary to prevent <br />injury to the owners of and persons entitled to use of water <br />under vested water rights or decreed conditional water <br />rights. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED <br />AS FOLLOI9S: <br />1. By the incorporation and inclusion of the terms and <br />conditions of the Stipulation in this Decree the Statements <br />of Opposition and Entry of Appearance are hereby withdrawn. <br />2. Applicants may modify the exercise of their rights <br />in the Rist and Goss Ditch in the manner hereinafter set <br />forth: <br />-7- <br />
