• • <br />10 cfs of surface flow in the Big Thompson <br />River at the headgate of the Greeley-Loveland <br />Main Canal for the use of the Great Western <br />Sugar Company. <br />(2) No water shall be diverted at any alternate <br />point of diversion except at times when water <br />equal to the amount of diversion is physi- <br />cally available at the headgate of the Rist <br />and Goss Ditch. <br />Subject to these limitations, such diversions of water <br />may be made either at the decreed point of diversion of <br />the Rist and Goss Ditch, described as the South bank of <br />the Big Thompson River in Section 16, Township 5 North, <br />Range 69 West of the 6th P.M, or at an alternate point <br />of diversion described as the intake for the City of <br />Loveland and the Home Supply Ditch, at that point of <br />diversion in the Big Thompson River in the SW1/4 of <br />Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 70 West of the 6th <br />P.M. or at both such points of diversion, but limited <br />at either or both such points of diversion to the total <br />hereinabove set forth and to .the terms and conditions <br />set'forth in paragraph 6C. below. <br />B. Applicants' use of water out of Priority No. <br />29 shall be limited to the irrigation of Applicants' <br />lands historically irrigated by Priority No. 29 with <br />the further limitation that water diverted under <br />Priority No. 29 shall be limited to the existing <br />capacity of the Rist and Goss Ditch without enlarge- <br />ment, provided, however, that Applicants may perform <br />maintenance and repair work on the Ditch necessary to <br />maintain present capacity. Applicants' entire interest <br />in Priority No. 29, being 53.38 cfs shall be abandoned <br />and of no further force or effect when their lands <br />historically irrigated by Priority No. 29 are taken out <br />of agricultural production. This provision of the ~ <br />decree concerning abandonment shall be self-effective; ' <br />-3- <br />
