<br />Mosch Mining Company reseeded the slopes of the banks wherever practical, <br />and has planted a variety of wild flowers and native trees within the disturbed <br />area. <br />Areas along the stream have become picnicing and gold panning areas. Some <br />building construction has been done to accomodate the needs of the visiting <br />tourists. <br />Exhibit E para. 3 refers to settling ponds. These where never constructed. <br />The unstable bank slope shown in red on exhibit B was the result of tourist <br />related activities and is also outside the area of the permit boundaries.
