Division's Role <br />The Division is providing education and interpretation of the new regulation, and via a Task Force, has <br />received input from the regulated community on various aspects of the program, such as application guidance <br />and permit content. <br />For further information, contact Kathy Dolan, CDPI-IE, at (303) 692-3596, Nathan Moore, CDPI-IE, at (303) <br />692-3555, or Vem Berry, EPA, at (303) 312-6234.
