Teller Street, <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80235, attd: <br />Gary and Mhari M. Paschall <br />10220 Weld County Road 1 <br />Longmont, CU 60504 <br />ha~einaRer relerred fo as the "Structure Owner". <br />The f.'oloredo Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that landowners adjacent to a proposed mining <br />operatiot be informed about the mine and the reclamation. Further, the Act provides protection for structures that <br />are within 20t1 feet of a mining operation. <br />Aggregate Industries, has submitted an amrndmrnt application to the State of Colorado for its Division of <br />Minerals and Gzulogy Regular 112 Operation Permit No. M-1989-029, and an amendment application to USR 877 <br />within Weld County, for sand and gravel mining located at or near Sections 7, 8, 17 and 19, T2N, R68W of the 6a' <br />P.M., Weld County, Colorado. <br />'The Suucture Owner owns a pemtanentman-made structure or structures within 200 Feet of the land <br />atTected by the mining and reclamNion opemtions. The description of the structure(s) is a.9 follows: <br />The residence located at 10220 Weld County Road 1, <br />Aggregate lndustries must obtain pemt fission from Structure Owner in order to conduct operations closer <br />than 200 feet to the stru~KUres owned by Structure Owner. >n addition, Aggaegate Industries must commit to <br />repairing, replacing ur compensating Structure Owner for any damage that might be caused to its structure(s) by the <br />mining operation of Aggregate Industries at this site. <br />13y this a~eement, Aggregate Industries rzquests authorization from Structure OHmu to conduct mining <br />operations up to a 1 SO-foot setback from Structure Owner's structure(s).
