These are ment
to clarify those answers.
Exhibit D - Mining Plan
2. Robinson will construct ditches or berms around each overburden
stockpile. This should keep sedimentation that is present in
runoff from affecting the reclamation areas.
7. There are existing water bars place in the drainages slow
down water from runoff. This water will be used for dust
suppression. Should the water from on site not be available
Robinson will purchase the water from off site for this purpose.
Exhibit E - Reclamatio
2. The slopes will be 3h:ly or less in the mined area.
1. Robinson will not change the historical drainage pattern of
the affected lands. Since the drainages will be part of the
affected lands they will be reclaimed as such. Slopes in the
drainages will be 3h:ly or less as it will be over the rest
of the affected lands.
Sincerely,
~~
Stevan L. O'Brian
Vice President
NOTE: The gradient on the reclaimed
drainages will be similiar to the
original gradient.
