the permit [ext. 27. Rule 2.03.4(7): Please revise Map 2, "Coal Ownership" (certified 2/4/00), to indicate the ownership of the coal in [he N''/z of Section 7. TSN. R85W. This is coal that is contiguous to the permit boundary. 28. Rule 2.03.4(7): Map Z, "Coal Ownership" (certified 2/4/00) seems to describe three different owners for the coal in Section 1, TSN, R86W that is contiguous to the permit boundary. It is unclear whether "US" or "TCC" owns this coal, or by virtue of the arrow placed in the NW 'b of Section 1, whether the coal in Section I is owned by "Gregory Trust" e[ al, depicted as coal owners in Section 36, T6N, R86W. Please revise Map 2 to reflect the correct owners of the coal in Section 1, TSN, R86W. If the correct owner of this coal is not listed as a contiguous coal owner on an existing or proposed permit page, please also revise the permit text to reflect the name and address of the owner of this coal. 29. Rule 2.03.4(7): Existing permit page 2.03-18.1 (rev. 5/27/99) indicates that "H. Dilagarde" and "D. Camilletti" are owners of coal that is contiguous to the permit boundary. Proposed permit page 2.03-18.1 (rev. 2/24/99) also lists these same individuals as owners of coal that is contiguous to the permit boundary. Additionally, proposed permit page 2.03-18.2 (rev. 2/24/99) lists "I. Dilagarde" and "E. Camilletti" as owners of coal contiguous to the permit boundary. Map 2, "Coal Ownership" (certified 2/4/00), however, does not depict any of these entities as owners of coal contiguous to the permit boundary. Map 2 does indicate that "D. Camilletti" and "H. Dilagarde" are 50%a owners of a portion of the coal in Section 5, TSN, R86W; however, this coal appears to exist within, rather than outside, the permit boundary. It appears that "H. Dilagarde", "I. Dilagarde", "D. Camilletti', and "E. Camilletti" should not be listed in the permit as owners of coal contiguous to the permit boundary. Please address. 30. Rule 2.03.5: Please provide information for inclusion into the permit text regarding DMG NOV No. C-99-003. 31. Rule 2.03.6: Existing permit page 2.03-23 (rev. 5/27/99) indicates that the Foidel Creek Mine permit boundary encompasses the N''/s of the NW'/.,, and the SW '/a of the NW '/<, of Section 25, TSN, R86W. Existing permit page 2.03-24(a) indicates that the Foidel Creek Mine permit boundary lies only in the N''/z of the NW '/a of Section 25. Please address this apparent discrepancy. Please ensure that the permit boundary described on these pages is also accurately depicted on Maps 1 and 2.
