Banta, <br />Drv~sion Director <br />The Division has reviewed all responses to the Division s adequacy questions <br />with the exception of any question concerning bonding. .411 bonding questions <br />and responses are currently under review. In the interest of time, the <br />following are the Division's 'non-bond responses' to Ken 's resconses to the <br />Division's permit renewal adequacy questions: <br />1a. Response accepted. <br />lb. Response accepted. <br />lc-4. Tom Gillis will formulate response. <br />5. Listed below are various questions or concerns related to <br />question 5 as well as some additional items which were discovered <br />as a result of the surface water hydrology review. Some of the <br />items may address topics more closely related to other Division <br />questions noted in Kerr's response and an attempt has been made <br />to indicate those situations. <br />a. Please provide the Division with the Hw/D ratios used for <br />culvert design. This will allow accurate assessment of <br />culvert sizing. <br />b. Culvert 9A currently is situated along ditch F-1 and allows <br />passage of this ditch under the county road north of Pit 1. <br />If a Hw/D ratio of .68 is assumed, this culvert appears to be <br />properly sized for the 100 year 24 hour event. However, the <br />following discrepancies are noted downstream of Culvert 9A. <br />
